Can we use the PSG grant for this?
Yes — our AI Chatbot Solution is a Pre-Approved Solution under IMDA’s SMEs Go Digital programme, so eligible Singapore SMEs can claim up to 50% Productivity Solutions Grant support on the plan and implementation. You apply through the Business Grants Portal before you commit to the purchase; we provide the quotation and supporting documents, and can walk you through the submission. Approval and the final support level rest with IMDA / Enterprise Singapore.
How much is the implementation and training fee?
S$300 on Starter and S$900 on Standard, one time, and it covers setup plus your training session. Growth includes implementation and six months of training in the plan. Move to a yearly plan and the fee is waived on Starter and Standard. Custom scope is quoted.
Are we locked into a contract?
Monthly plans run month to month — cancel any time with 30 days’ notice. Yearly plans are a 12-month commitment, and that is what buys you the 20% discount and the waived implementation fee. Either way, if you leave you keep your knowledge base and full conversation logs; we export both to you.
Where does our data live, and is it used to train AI models?
Conversations and knowledge bases are hosted in a Singapore region. Your data is never used to train third-party models, and we sign a PDPA-aligned data processing agreement as standard. If you have your own DPA, send it over.
Which languages can Ehly handle?
English, Bahasa Malaysia and Indonesia, Mandarin, Tamil, Thai and Vietnamese are all in production today. One bot handles several at once and switches mid-conversation when the customer does.
How long until we are live?
Starter goes live in 2–3 weeks. Standard, with several assistants and human takeover, takes 3–5 weeks. Growth with an integration takes 4–6 weeks, then training continues over the first six months. Custom builds are scoped in the proposal.
What happens when the bot does not know an answer?
It says so rather than guessing — every reply is grounded in your own knowledge base. It then offers a human handover and passes the full conversation across. Unanswered questions show up in your report so we can close the gap.
Do we need to change our CRM or phone system?
No. We connect to what you already run — HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Google Calendar, your ordering API. If something has no integration, we build against its API or use a middleware step.
